I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anantara in a beautiful beachfront room. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The resort itself was stunning, with a picturesque beach and fantastic 

Very good service, small hotel with charming rooms. the beach and restaurants are very nice

The location of the resort is a bit remote and the road access is very bad. Also I consider it is a bit overpriced, compared to equivalent hotels in Thailand

This is a great spot to relax and get some rest! A wonderful setting, great rooms, a nice team and good food!

The only disadvantage is, next to the rather isolated location, the limited choice of (western standard) restaurants. A good cooperation between restaurants/hotels might be a suggestion to improve the variety.

very clean - beautiful location with amazing staff. The spa is gorgeous and they offer refreshing body wraps. The food is of good quality with lots of variety at breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 

The hotel's villa concept and beach-side location are very good. Also some of the hotel services (in-room beverages, breakfast) are very good.

For a 5* hotel Rasananda can improve slightly on the following: 1) room cleanliness, 2) prices within the resort for the spa services and dinner (too expensive vs alternative options next to the hotel), 3) outdoor activities

The location and water quality were mind-blowing, perfect for all-day swimming. The Japanese restaurant served super delicious food. The attention to detail by the friendly staff created a relaxed and cozy vibe. The

We loved our stay at Anantara. Perfect villa with ocean view, early Christmas events, friendly staff , great breakfast, perfect location, genuine service. They made us feel like VIPs.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location , beach . rooms very clean

The staff were generally lazy and rude. Plates were not cleared from tables , cups not removed from the beach all day . The staff had an attitude especially the reception staff. The food was average . Beach towels ran out by 1.00pm .Spa overpriced for the quality . On leaving the hotel early in the morning we were expected to drag our own suitcases to reception down 2 flights of stairs very badly lit , no offer from staff to help . The public taxi for the port was a 2 door hotel truck we had to clamber in the back of .We had to ask for a take away breakfast that looked like a 3 year old had made it and it human hairs in the packaging .The gm was lazy , hardly visible and not interested in the guest experience. 5 star prices , 3 star guest experience

We got great value for our money at Anantara. The room was luxurious, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location on the clean and quiet beach was stunning, and the staff treated us with professionalism and friendliness

I recently stayed at Anantara in Thong Nai Pan Noi for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a stunning spa. The body wraps at the spa were incredibly refreshing and a must-try 

Splendid gardens, beautiful buildings. Staff is attentive, especially the ladies in management. Upgraded to spacious ocean view villa. Rich breakfast buffet. Highly recommend the Thai cooking course. Ideal for a quiet retreat. Great location 

We absolutely loved our stay at Koh Phangan, Anantara. The rooms were beautiful and excellent theme of the hotel.

However, we found the hotel to be a little pricey as photographs are most luxurious than what we got.
